FAQ

How often do you visit?
Most homes are serviced every 1–2 weeks, depending on plant type, pot size, light, and season. We’ll recommend a schedule after the first visit.

What do you do during a visit?
We water, assess plant health, adjust placement if needed, light dusting of leaves, monitor pests, and flag issues early. This is proactive care, not just watering and leaving.

Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have access, you don’t need to be present.

How long does a visit take?
Typically 20–45 minutes for most homes. Larger collections or specialty plants may take longer.

What if I need to skip or reschedule a visit?
Visits can be skipped or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee. Recurring clients may skip one visit per billing cycle.

What happens if a plant starts declining?
We’ll let you know immediately and recommend corrective care. Early intervention is the whole point of the service.

Do you replace dead plants?
No automatic replacements. We focus on prevention, not plant turnover.

What plants do you service?
Most common indoor plants. Extremely rare, specialty, or outdoor plants may require custom care or referral.

Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts. Service is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

What areas do you serve?
We serve select neighborhoods within our local service radius. Availability is confirmed during booking.
