Cancellation Policy

We reserve time specifically for your home to give your plants the care they need.

Visits canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice are free of charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the visit fee. Missed visits or no access are charged in full.

Recurring clients may skip one visit per billing cycle with 24 hours’ notice. Additional skips may incur a rescheduling fee.

Monthly service is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice required to cancel.
